Summer is almost here – it officially arrives this Friday,
June 21st.

course that means you have ZERO (that’s a big fat 0 my dears) excuses not to begin
working on that darling derrière! There’s a great variety of exercises as well.
Start
incorporating 5-10 minutes of booty-bustin’ moves each day, and before you know
it you’ll have a smooth, round gravity-defying backside so good-lookin’ you may
never sit down again!
